Overview
Project Leader (Infrastructure Solutions) position available at a large global system integrator company. Responsibilities include endpoint management, cloud infrastructure support, and client-facing technical coordination. Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, Entra ID, Active Directory, AWS, and Azure preferred. Support infrastructure troubleshooting, operational improvements, and pre-sales activities. Minimum 2 years of IT infrastructure experience required. English fluency required; Japanese language skills are a plus but not mandatory. Description
A large global system integrator is seeking a Project Leader to support IT infrastructure projects and client environments in a fast-paced and collaborative technical environment. This position combines hands-on technical responsibilities with customer-facing communication and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain endpoint management and identity management systems such as Intune, SCCM, Entra ID, and Active Directory
• Build, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure environments on AWS and Azure
• Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and support operational process improvements
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical support during project implementations
• Support pre-sales activities including proposals, cost estimates, documentation, and client presentations
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external clients to ensure successful project delivery

【主な業務内容】
• Intune、SCCM、Entra ID、Active Directory などを用いたEndpoint ManagementおよびIdentity Management環境の構築・運用
• AWS、Azureを利用したCloud Infrastructureの構築・管理
• IT Infrastructure関連の障害対応および運用改善
• Client Meetingへの参加および技術サポート
• 提案書作成、見積作成、Client PresentationなどのPre-sales Support
• 社内エンジニアチームおよび顧客との連携によるプロジェクト推進
【応募条件】
• IT Infrastructure環境での実務経験2年以上
• Endpoint Management、Identity & Access Management、Microsoft 365 Services、Cloud Platform、Security関連知識
• Microsoft Ecosystem環境での業務経験歓迎
• 問題解決能力およびコミュニケーション能力
• 複数案件を並行して対応できる能力
• 英語での業務遂行能力必須
• 日本語力歓迎（必須ではありません）

• Hybrid Work（週2日出社）
• 勤務時間：9:00 AM – 5:30 PM（Lunch Break 1時間）
• プロジェクト状況に応じて、残業・週末対応・出張が発生する場合があります

Requirements
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure environments
• Experience with endpoint management, identity & access management, Microsoft 365 services, cloud platforms, and infrastructure security
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft ecosystem technologies preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a client-facing environment
• English fluency required
• Japanese language skills are preferred, but not required
Work Environment
• Hybrid work schedule with in-office attendance required two days per week
• Core business hours are 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM with one-hour lunch break
• Occasional overtime, weekend work, holiday support, or business travel may be required depending on project needs
Compensation
Compensation will be determined based on experience, technical skills, education, certifications, and overall qualifications.
