Position Summary
A well-established international IT solutions and systems integration company is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer / Systems Engineer to support enterprise clients with infrastructure operations, system implementation, and technical support projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with server, network, and cloud environments, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with corporate users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure environments
• Monitor and troubleshoot servers, networks, cloud systems, and enterprise applications
• Support infrastructure migration, upgrade, and integration projects
• Coordinate with internal engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Provide technical support and resolve escalated infrastructure-related issues
• Prepare technical documentation, operational manuals, and project reports
• Support cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring activities
• Assist with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, and cloud administration
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical recommendations when necessary

• ITインフラ環境の導入、設定、運用、保守
• サーバー、ネットワーク、クラウドシステム、業務アプリケーションの監視およびトラブルシューティング
• インフラ移行、システムアップグレード、統合プロジェクトのサポート
• 社内エンジニア、ベンダー、顧客との調整およびプロジェクト推進
• 技術的な問い合わせ対応および障害対応
• 技術資料、運用マニュアル、レポート等の作成
• セキュリティ、バックアップ、災害対策、システム監視業務のサポート
• Microsoft 365、Active Directory、仮想化環境、クラウド環境の運用支援
• 顧客ミーティングへの参加および技術提案サポート

【応募資格】
• コンピューターサイエンス、情報システム関連分野の学士号保持者歓迎
• ITインフラ、システムエンジニア、テクニカルサポート等の実務経験3年以上
• Windows Server、Active Directory、Microsoft 365、仮想化技術、クラウド環境に関する知識・経験
• TCP/IP、VPN、Firewall、Switch等のネットワーク基礎知識
• 優れた問題解決能力およびトラブルシューティング能力
• チーム環境および自主的な業務遂行が可能な方
• 高いコミュニケーション能力
• 英語での業務遂行能力必須
• 日本語力歓迎（必須ではありません）
• クライアント対応経験をお持ちの方歓迎

【勤務条件】
• フルタイム（週5日勤務／月～金 9:00 AM ～ 5:30 PM）
• ハイブリッド勤務
• 週2日オフィス出社必須
• 想定年収：$70,000 ～ $100,000（経験・能力に応じ決定）

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or technical support
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and cloud platforms
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VPN, firewall, and switching technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English required
• Proficiency in Japanese preferred but not required
• Experience in a client-facing environment is a plus

Work Schedule & Compensation
• Full-time position (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Hybrid work environment
• Required to work from the office two days per week
• Annual salary range: $70,000 – $100,000, depending on experience
