Digital Services Program Director / Senior Manager

Position Summary

An IT consulting organization is seeking an experienced Digital Services Program Director / Senior Manager to lead the strategic direction and operational execution of its Digital Services function within the Enterprise Solutions division.

This role oversees technology implementation and consulting initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives through close collaboration with Directors and senior leadership. The position requires strong leadership, program management expertise, and the ability to drive complex digital transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead department operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with strategic business objectives
• Oversee multiple projects and programs, including resource allocation, milestone tracking, and issue resolution
• Support budget planning and monitor financial performance and project economics
• Track KPIs and ensure operational and financial targets are achieved
• Mentor and supervise project teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Act as a liaison between project teams and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and clear communication
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and delivery quality
• Coordinate with external vendors and support the effective integration of third-party services
• Lead digital transformation and technology implementation initiatives across enterprise environments

• 予算計画の支援およびプロジェクト収益性の管理

• 経営層およびステークホルダーとの連携および進捗報告

• 外部ベンダーとの連携およびサービス統合の推進

必須経験

• IT導入またはコンサルティング分野における実務経験：15年以上
• 技術戦略、運営モデル、ガバナンス、ソーシング、またはプロジェクト管理に関する経験
• クロスファンクショナルチームの統括経験
• 英語：ビジネスレベル必須
  （主に日系顧客とのプロジェクトを担当）

• 経営層（C-suite）との業務経験
• 日本語能力

学歴・資格

• 学士号必須
  （Information Technology、Business、Engineering、Mathematics 等関連分野が望ましい）
• ERPプロジェクト管理または技術関連資格保有者歓迎

勤務条件

• 勤務時間：9:00～17:30（昼休憩1時間）
• 勤務形態：ハイブリッド勤務（週2日出社）
• 業務状況により、時間外勤務・週末対応・出張が発生する場合あり

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Solid business acumen and ability to manage large-scale initiatives
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and data migration
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage transformation programs and complex projects
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and support executive-level decision-making

Required Experience

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in technology implementation, consulting, or related fields
• Experience in technology strategy development, operating models, governance, sourcing, or large-scale project management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Business-level English proficiency required
• Experience working with Japanese clients preferred

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing international or cross-cultural projects
• Business development and client growth experience
• Experience working directly with executive leadership (C-suite level)
• Japanese language skills are a plus

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Advanced degree preferred in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
• ERP project management or technical certifications highly desirable

Work Environment

• Core business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (one-hour unpaid lunch)
• Hybrid work schedule with 2 days per week onsite
• Occasional overtime, weekend work, or business travel may be required depending on project needs
