Description
An IT services organization specializing in cybersecurity solutions is seeking a Security Business Lead / Project Manager to support the planning and expansion of security services.
This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and security vendors, coordinating multiple security initiatives and ensuring consistent implementation of security standards across client environments. In addition to project delivery, this position oversees operational activities such as tracking findings, managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and coordinating security training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and propose security service offerings and solutions to new clients
- Coordinate and manage multiple security initiatives across customer environments
- Ensure consistent implementation of security standards and governance practices
- Manage operational activities including issue tracking, operational calendars, and documentation management
- Plan and coordinate security awareness and training programs
- Communicate and collaborate with security vendors and build strong working relationships
- Support regulatory, audit, and enterprise security compliance requirements
- Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to high levels of client satisfaction

- セキュリティ施策の実行管理および複数プロジェクトの統括
- 顧客環境におけるセキュリティ標準の統一的な導入および運用管理
- セキュリティサービスの運用管理（課題管理、スケジュール管理、文書管理等）
- セキュリティ教育およびトレーニングの企画・実施
- セキュリティベンダーとの連携および関係構築
- 規制・監査・社内セキュリティ基準への対応およびガバナンス管理
- 顧客満足度向上および長期的な信頼関係の構築
応募資格
- チームマネジメント、コーチング、パフォーマンス管理等のリーダーシップ経験
- 社内外ステークホルダーおよび顧客とのコミュニケーション能力
- セキュリティサービス（脆弱性診断、セキュリティ評価、SOC、CSIRT等）の提案または運用経験
- セキュリティ関連分野（ガバナンス、コンプライアンス、脆弱性管理、レジリエンス設計等）の知識
- ITインフラ（特にネットワーク）に関する実務経験、またはIT分野でのリーダー経験：5年以上
- 日本語：ビジネスレベル必須
- 英語：ビジネスレベル

- CISM（Certified Information Security Manager）
- ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer または Auditor
- PMP（Project Management Professional）

勤務条件
- 勤務時間：9:00～17:30（昼休憩1時間）
- 勤務形態：ハイブリッド勤務（週2日オフィス出社）
- 業務状況により、時間外勤務・週末対応・出張が発生する場合あり
Requirements
Qualifications
- Leadership experience including coaching, team engagement, and performance management
- Strong stakeholder and customer-facing communication skills
- Experience proposing or delivering security services such as vulnerability assessments, security consulting, SOC, or CSIRT services
- Knowledge of security-related domains including governance, compliance, vulnerability management, and resilience design
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure services (especially networking) or IT leadership roles
- Japanese language proficiency required
- Business-level English communication skills
Preferred Certifications
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Network or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Other relevant security certifications
Work Environment
- Core business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (one-hour unpaid lunch)
- Hybrid work schedule with 2 days per week onsite
- Occasional overtime, weekend work, or business travel may be required depending on project needs
