Our client, a global IT consulting firm supporting large-scale financial institutions, is seeking a bilingual Business Analyst to join their Capital Markets technology team.

In this role, you will work closely with end clients in the financial services industry, supporting FX and derivatives back-office systems and contributing to ongoing system enhancements and operational stability.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across global teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to users of FX and derivatives back-office systems within a client environment

• Act as a liaison between client users and offshore development teams to communicate requirements, issues, and enhancement requests

• Design and document system interfaces with upstream and downstream systems

• Perform integration testing, interface testing, UAT, and migration activities

• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with global teams to ensure timely resolution

• Support production releases, including change management preparation and post-release validation

・クライアント環境におけるFXおよびデリバティブのバックオフィスシステムのユーザーサポート

・クライアントユーザーと海外開発チームの橋渡し役として、要件・課題・改善要望の調整

・上流・下流システムとのインターフェース設計およびドキュメント作成

・統合テスト、インターフェーステスト、UAT、移行対応

・本番環境のトラブルシューティングおよびグローバルチームとの連携による問題解決

・リリース対応（変更管理、リリース後検証を含む）

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in system development or application support (waterfall and/or Agile)

• Experience working in Capital Markets environments, particularly FX and derivatives

• Understanding of back-office operations such as settlement, position management, and risk management

• Experience supporting business or back-office systems in a client-facing or consulting environment

• Ability to perform data extraction and analysis using SQL or similar tools

• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as JIRA is a plus

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
