Description
A leading global IT and system integration company is seeking an experienced SAP ERP Manager to join its Enterprise Solutions team. This role offers the opportunity to lead SAP ERP implementation projects, manage client engagements, and work closely with cross-functional technical teams supporting enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP ERP and related system projects including requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, and operational support

Manage project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations

Analyze business and system requirements and configure SAP ERP solutions accordingly

Modify SAP ERP system configurations and programs based on client needs

Create and maintain system documentation, design specifications, and operational manuals

Conduct user training and provide system support as needed

Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members

Support sales activities including proposals, pre-sales consulting, and business development efforts

Analyze client inquiries and implement SAP ERP Financial Accounting (FI) configuration changes

Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Strong analytical skills related to SAP ERP requirements definition, development, and implementation
Experience working with SAP ERP Financial Accounting modules
Preferred Qualifications
Japanese language proficiency is a plus
SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting (FI) preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of SAP ERP user support experience
Minimum 7 years of SAP ERP implementation experience
Work Environment
Core business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Hybrid work model: In-office attendance required 2 days per week
Actual working hours may vary depending on project needs

Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, education, training, and skill level. The posted salary range represents a good-faith estimate of the expected compensation range at the time of posting.
