Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Business Analyst for financial/banking-related system integration projects
- Gather and define business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Analyze business processes and propose improvements
- Provide support for system implementation and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Prepare documentation, workflows, and reporting materials
Position: Business Analyst (Onsite at Financial Institution)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Regular Employee (Hired by System Integration Company)
Location: Manhattan, NY or NJ office (Hybrid onsite 2–4 days per week depending on client rules)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: $80K – $150K (depending on experience and qualifications)

ユーザー部門との要件定義、ヒアリング、要件整理
業務プロセスの分析と改善提案
システム導入支援およびユーザー受入テスト（UAT）のサポート
ドキュメンテーション、業務フロー作成、レポート作成
ポジション: ビジネスアナリスト（金融系常駐）
雇用形態: SI企業にて正社員雇用
勤務地: マンハッタン または NJオフィス（常駐先ルールに準じて週2～4日出社）
勤務時間: 月～金、9:00～18:00
年収レンジ: $80K – $150K（経験・スキルに応じ決定）

Experience in the financial industry, or bilingual (Japanese/English) candidates with project management (PM) or business analysis (BA) experience in other industries
Familiarity with transaction banking operations or systems preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills in both Japanese and English
Solid organizational and analytical abilities
