We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a growing IT solutions provider. This role focuses on expanding and maintaining relationships with existing corporate clients, offering tailored IT solutions, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Propose IT solutions and services to existing clients
Manage client contracts, accounts, and records
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Contribute to business expansion initiatives

- ERPを中心にRPA, BI, AIその他業務ソリューションの提案型営業
- 既存客向けの営業サポート 、Customer Relations
- ERPや業務システムに関する既存顧客向けの営業 、小規模プロジェクトの管理、顧客対応
- 米国内・国外のベンダーとのやりとりもあり。
- マーケティング活動促進
- WebやLinkedIn、SNSなどを通じたマーケティング
- Webinar開催のサポートなど
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or account management
Experience in the IT industry strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and foster long-term partnerships
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Style: Hybrid (3 days per week in the New York office)
Salary Range: $70,000 – $110,000 annually
