We are seeking a Project Leader to join the PMO Department in either our New York Office or Irving Office. The position is for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst – IT to support the successful delivery of IT projects across the organization. This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of project management standards, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and business objectives. As a key member of the Project Management Office, the PMO member will support project governance, strategic decision-making, and act as a trusted advisor to IT and business leadership, including close coordination with IT company Japan and other global stakeholders.


Description


We are seeking a Project Leader to join the PMO Department in either our New York Office or Irving Office.
The position is for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst – IT to support the successful delivery of IT projects across the organization. This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of project management standards, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and business objectives.

As a key member of the Project Management Office, the PMO member will support project governance, strategic decision-making, and act as a trusted advisor to IT and business leadership, including close coordination with IT company Japan and other global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Track the progress of IT projects and update project documentation regularly (e.g., status reports, schedules, dashboards).
• Assist in identifying risks, issues, and delays, and support the team in taking corrective actions as needed.
• Support project compliance with internal standards, templates, and processes.
• Help organize training sessions and workshops on project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives, such as maintaining project documentation, wikis, and templates.
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers or consultants to schedule training activities.
• Assist in maintaining and updating project management templates, tools, and guidelines.
• Support the consistent use of project management tools (e.g., internal standard tool, Jira, MS Project).
• Facilitate communication among project teams and PMO by preparing reports and meeting notes.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-up tasks to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Communicate with international stakeholders, including IT company Japan, to support updates, feedback, and documentation.
• Help maintain the PMO’s central repository of lessons learned, project templates, and best practices.
• Support content creation for internal knowledge bases, newsletters, and PMO announcements.

応募資格

コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の学士号


IT業界におけるプロジェクト調整/サポート/PMO関連職での5年以上の経験


PMP、スクラムマスター資格、または同等の認定資格


ITILフレームワークの理解

プロジェクトマネジメント手法・SDLCの深い理解


日本語と英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力(必須)


Requirements

The right candidate will possess:
• Strong communication skills with users and team members, as well as the ability to collaborate with team members and work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Team-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, critical thinking, negotiation skills, and confidence in addressing challenges.


Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or PMO-related roles in an IT environment.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master certification, or equivalent.
• ITIL Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL frameworks for IT service and delivery excellence.
• Familiarity with organizational change management practices.
• Solid understanding of project management approaches.
• Strong understanding of SDLC.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, including written and verbal communication, is absolutely required for this position.

Salary Range:
• $90,000 – $110,000 (NY)
• $75,000 – $90,000 (TX)
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to qualifications, work experience, training, education, and skill level. The above hiring range represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
