Description
A leading IT consulting firm is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to be assigned to a long-term project with one of our major Japanese banking clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and supporting infrastructure systems within the bank’s Global Markets Division.
Our firm has extensive experience providing IT solutions to financial institutions and offers a collaborative environment where you will work with both internal teams and client stakeholders. Visa/work permit sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT infrastructure issues to ensure system stability
Plan and implement system updates, patches, and enhancements
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain security and compliance
Manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity measures
Conduct regular system audits and generate reports for management
Collaborate with internal teams and client departments to assess and meet IT needs
Lead infrastructure-related projects from initiation to completion

ITインフラプロジェクトの管理経験
ITセキュリティおよびコンプライアンス実務に関する知識と経験
JIRAやConfluenceなどのアジャイル開発ツールの使用経験
日本語および英語での高いコミュニケーション能力
銀行業務および金融システムに関する理解
クライアント対応における優れた対人スキルと関係構築能力
自律的に業務を遂行でき、チーム環境でも柔軟に対応できる方

Requirements
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects
Strong background in IT security and compliance practices
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Fluency in both English and Japanese
Understanding of banking operations and financial systems
Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

This is a full-time position with long-term project potential. The IT Infrastructure Manager will be an employee of the IT consulting firm and assigned to work on-site or in a hybrid setting with our banking client.
