A leading IT solutions company is seeking an experienced Project Leader to drive IT infrastructure and cloud transformation projects for its diverse client base. The role focuses on managing network and IT infrastructure (server/network) security analysis, developing proposals, designing and implementing solutions, and overseeing project management. Description
Key Responsibilities
• Strongly promote cloud shift from on-premise environment and perform network and IT infrastructure (server/network) related security analysis, proposal, design, implementation, and project management for our clients.
In Our Offices
Our core business hours are 9 - 5:30 with one hour unpaid lunch in between. Actual working hours may be slightly different, depending business needs. The company positions require in-person office attendance 2 days per week.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. • Capability to perform entire project independently. • Strong analytical skills for requirements analysis and troubleshooting. • Have mind and skill to improve IT environment and processes. • Client-focused, detail-oriented, and has good communication skills • Can demonstrate leadership, as a great team player and self-starter
Experience
• More than 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation for mid to large environments. • More than 3 yearss of experience with project leading and sales/proposal actitivies with clients
Certifications
• AWS, Microsoft, CISCO, or other IT Vendor certifications preferred.

- クライアントのオンプレミス環境からクラウド環境への移行を推進・リードする。
- ネットワークおよびITインフラ（サーバー／ネットワーク）のセキュリティ分析を実施し、提案を作成する。
- クライアント向けのITインフラプロジェクトを設計・実施・管理する。
- プロジェクトの全体管理を独立して行い、コミュニケーションやトラブルシューティング、ソリューション提供を担う。
- クライアントと連携して要件を分析し、カスタマイズされたITソリューションを提供する。
- クライアント満足度を向上させるため、IT環境やプロセスの改善を継続的に行う。
応募資格:
必須要件:
- 中規模から大規模な環境におけるITインフラ設計・実施の経験が5年以上あること。
- プロジェクトリードおよびクライアント対応の提案業務の経験が3年以上あること。
- プロジェクト全体を独自に管理できる能力を持つこと。
- 要件分析やトラブルシューティングにおける高い分析力を有すること。
- 優れた英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（読み書き・会話）が必須。
- クライアント志向で、細部に注意を払い、強いクライアント関係を築ける能力を持つこと。
- チームプレイヤーであり、自発的に行動できるリーダーシップを発揮できること。
