This position plays a vital role in shaping, implementing, and supporting technology solutions that address client needs, while driving adoption and maximizing impact.
The Senior Consultant will work closely with prospective and existing clients, uncover their business challenges, and propose tailored digital transformation solutions.

Generative AI tools: Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini
Modern IT platforms: Retool, QuickBase, ServiceNow, CRM systems, open-source software
Data & AI solutions: Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake
Software development and IT service management tools
Additional qualifications:
Understanding of Japanese company operations in the Americas preferred
Ability to work effectively in multilingual/multicultural environments
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
Business-level Japanese language skills preferred but not required
Experience:
5+ years of experience in digital transformation consulting, technology-related sales, project management, or relevant fields
Experience in enterprise/business cloud services or applications
Proven track record of managing complex projects in enterprise settings
Background in solution implementation and change management in areas such as:
Employee productivity and IT tool adoption
Customer engagement, sales, and marketing
Business process automation and workflow optimization
Innovation, service development, and knowledge management
Experience collaborating with hybrid teams, including near-shore and off-shore delivery partners
Preferred Certifications:
