A leading IT solutions company with over 38 years of experience supporting global clients is seeking an IT Auditor (JSOX) to join its Business Development & Promotion Department in the Irving, TX office. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and execution of Japan-Sarbanes Oxley (J-SOX) IT-related independent assessments.
Perform detailed analysis and interpretation of assessment results.
Provide regular status updates and reports.
Deliver assessment reports to clients in accordance with project schedules.
Present and validate findings with business partners and stakeholders.
Support the development of remediation plans and timelines.
Stay up to date on IT industry trends and technologies to enhance audit quality and effectiveness.
Foster strong relationships with internal teams and client contacts to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Understanding of IT operations and controls, including change management, incident management, and access controls.
Familiarity with operating systems, network infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Minimum 2 years of IT audit experience or related IT experience.
