バイリンガル・ロジスティクスコーディネーターとして、ドライバーとの配送スケジュール調整、現地駐在員のサポート、場合によっては営業活動への関与など、幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。英語・日本語の両言語での優れたコミュニケーション能力と、変化の多い物流現場での主体的な問題解決能力が求められます。
主な業務内容
ドライバーとの連携による配送スケジュールの調整と業務の効率化
日本人顧客や駐在員、米国スタッフ間のコミュニケーション支援
駐在員の現地での業務や生活支援を含むロジスティクスサポート
社内および外部パートナーとの連携による業務改善の推進
必要に応じた営業活動や顧客対応業務への参加
将来的な日本からの研修生受け入れを見据えた環境整備への貢献

日本語・英語の両言語においてビジネスレベルでの会話が可能な方
物流やサプライチェーン分野への関心、または関連業務経験がある方（歓迎）
営業やカスタマーサービス経験がある方（歓迎）

Strong interest in or prior experience with logistics or supply chain operations preferred
Sales or customer service experience is a plus
Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently
Willingness to work on-site at the client’s facility (not at a company office)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; local candidates preferred
Salary:
Currently under review; will be based on qualifications and experience
