Lead assessments of existing IT systems and recommend upgrades or replacements aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end digital solutions (e.g., CRM, ERP, cloud adoption, automation).
Identify and introduce emerging technologies (AI, IoT, RPA, analytics, etc.) to improve performance and enhance the customer experience.
Manage change initiatives including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication planning.
Define KPIs and success metrics to monitor transformation outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Guide clients through agile transformation frameworks and digital maturity assessments.
Prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations for both technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements
Qualifications
Bilingual: Business-level English and Japanese required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, or IT strategy
Strong understanding of digital technologies and business process redesign
Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), cloud infrastructure, and data analytics tools
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Certifications such as PMP, Prosci, TOGAF, or Agile/Scrum are a plus
