Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure internal-office systems, including servers, PCs, network, and telephony hardware/software


Conduct on-site installations and provide hands-on support at customer locations (business travel required)


Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for server, PC, network, and telephony environments, both remotely and on-site


Provide ongoing support and system administration to customers across IT infrastructure components


Maintain detailed records of project activities, including installation logs and technical documentation


Document and archive troubleshooting solutions for internal knowledge sharing


Report on project and troubleshooting progress to team leads or project managers


Conduct product research and analysis of market trends as assigned


Assist in drafting technical proposals and customer quotations


Manage project delivery timelines, vendor relationships, and subcontractors to ensure successful implementation

本ポジションは、エンタープライズ顧客向けに高品質な技術ソリューションを提供する上で重要な役割を担います。サーバー、PC、ネットワーク、電話システムの導入・構成・サポートを担当し、幅広いIT技術に対する実務経験と、顧客対応に情熱を持つ方を歓迎します。

主な業務内容：




顧客の社内システム（サーバー、PC、ネットワーク、電話機器／ソフトウェア）のインストールおよび設定


顧客先でのシステム導入作業および技術サポートの実施（※出張あり）


サーバー、PC、ネットワーク、電話環境における技術的問題の遠隔および現地でのトラブルシューティング


ITインフラ全般にわたるシステム運用・保守の継続的なサポートの提供


インストールログや技術資料など、プロジェクトに関する詳細な記録の作成・管理


トラブルシューティングに関する解決策を文書化・アーカイブし、社内ナレッジとして共有


プロジェクトの進捗状況やトラブル対応状況をチームリーダーまたはプロジェクトマネージャーへ報告


チームリーダーの指示に基づき、製品調査や市場動向の分析を実施


技術提案書や顧客向け見積書の作成補助


プロジェクト納期の管理、ベンダーや外注先との連携を通じて、納品と完了を確実に遂行

Technical Qualifications (Preferred):
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in the following areas or possess a strong willingness to develop these skills:

• Working knowledge of major software platforms such as Microsoft, Citrix, and VMware

• Experience with network devices from Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto

• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and Windows Server environments

• Understanding of security tools for endpoint and server protection (e.g., SASE, EDR)

• Familiarity with LAN/WAN infrastructure, network protocols, and secure configuration standards (e.g., CIS Benchmarks)

• Knowledge of virtualization and storage technologies

• Experience working in an MSP/MSSP environment is a plus

Reporting Line:
This role reports to the Manager of Professional Services. Additional reporting lines may be assigned by executive leadership if needed.
