Position Summary:
This role is responsible for conducting security assessments, designing and implementing network and endpoint protection, supporting pre- and post-sales technical projects, and managing system installations and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a wide range of security and network technologies, combined with strong project management and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct security assessments and design tailored security systems for enterprise customers
Implement, maintain, and upgrade technologies related to log analysis, endpoint protection, and network security
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to support cybersecurity solution proposals and implementations
Perform on-site installation and troubleshooting for security and IT systems (business travel required)
Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, installations, and project execution
Provide status updates and troubleshooting reports to team leads and project managers
Record and archive solution methodologies for internal knowledge sharing
Manage project workflows, including timelines, deliverables, and third-party coordination (vendors/subcontractors)
Conduct product research and technical validation based on emerging IT/security trends
Develop technical presentations, proposals, and operations manuals as needed

Requirements
Technical Qualifications (Preferred):
Experience with major software and infrastructure vendors: Microsoft, Citrix, VMware
Familiarity with networking hardware and configurations: Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and Windows Server environments
Knowledge of endpoint and server security tools (e.g., SASE, EDR, vulnerability scanners)
Understanding of LAN/WAN infrastructure and network protocols
Virtualization and storage technologies
Experience in MSP/MSSP operations
Awareness of secure configuration standards (e.g., CIS Benchmarks)
Reporting Line:
This position reports to the Manager of Professional Services. Other reporting lines may be designated by executive leadership as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Commensurate with experience
