As a Project Manager in our Digital Innovation division, you will manage full-cycle application projects while serving as a key point of contact for client operations and strategic growth. You will play a central role in delivering value to clients by aligning development efforts with evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

• Lead end-to-end application development projects from planning and design through execution and delivery

• Track progress, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure quality standards are met

• Communicate effectively across internal teams and client stakeholders to align on goals and priorities

• Collaborate with engineers to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements

2. Client Support (Semi On-Site)

• Support client operations through semi on-site engagement several times per week in the Los Angeles area

• Gain deep insight into client workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements

• Act as a trusted operational partner, responding to urgent issues and providing on-the-ground assistance

3. Business Development

• Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders

• Identify new business opportunities based on market needs and client feedback

• Help expand service offerings by recommending value-added solutions and supporting internal growth initiatives

主な職務内容

1. プロジェクトマネジメント


アプリケーション開発プロジェクトを、企画・設計から実行・納品まで一貫してリード


プロジェクトの進捗、予算、品質を管理し、目標達成に向けた体制を整備


社内チームおよびクライアントの関係者と効果的に連携し、方針・優先事項の整合を図る


クライアントの業務ニーズを技術要件に落とし込み、エンジニアチームと連携

2. クライアントサポート（セミオンサイト）


ロサンゼルス地域にて、週数回のセミオンサイト対応を通じてクライアントの業務をサポート


クライアントの業務フローを理解し、課題や改善点を特定


緊急対応や現場での支援を通じて、信頼される業務パートナーとして貢献

3. ビジネス開発


クライアントのキーパーソンと長期的な関係を構築


市場動向やクライアントからのフィードバックをもとに新たなビジネス機会を特定


付加価値の高いソリューションを提案し、社内のサービス拡張にも貢献

Qualifications

• Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English (verbal and written)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in application development

• Experience working directly with clients, including on-site support or consultation

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

• Interest or experience in business development and account management

• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)

• Strong knowledge of web and mobile application development

• Familiarity with development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall

• Experience with project tools such as JIRA, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $70,000 – $95,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
