We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Sales Account Manager to drive business growth by managing and expanding relationships with U.S.-based multinational companies and fast-scaling global technology firms. This is a client-facing role requiring strategic thinking, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering tailored, high-impact solutions in the data center and IT infrastructure space.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals within the multinational and technology sectors.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
2. Account Management & Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Serve as the primary point of contact, providing strategic consultation and support.
Conduct regular account reviews and recommend value-added services to strengthen relationships.
3. Industry Expertise & Solution Selling
Understand the unique challenges faced by multinational and tech companies (e.g., scalability, connectivity, compliance).
Present customized solutions aligned with client goals using our global data center infrastructure.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging tech, and competitor offerings.
4. Collaboration & Internal Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
Provide accurate forecasts, sales pipeline updates, and market insights to leadership.
Participate in cross-functional account planning and contribute to company-wide sales strategies.
5. Market Development & Brand Representation
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
Coordinate across international teams to support global expansions for key accounts.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of sales experience in the data center, cloud, or IT infrastructure industries.
Proven success managing enterprise and multinational accounts, especially U.S.-based tech companies.
Deep understanding of global IT needs including scalability, uptime, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
Willingness to travel (up to 50%) for client engagement and collaboration.
Experience working with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies.
Familiarity with colocation, hybrid cloud, and interconnectivity solutions.
Training or certification in SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies.
Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
