This role bridges technical solutions and customer success by identifying client needs, proposing innovative IT systems, and managing post-sales implementation. Ideal for someone with a background in system integration, project management, or IT sales, and a strong desire to build relationships while solving business challenges.


Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales (Before Contract):

Identify and understand customer needs through regular contact and onsite visits.

Propose strategic solutions based on system integration, network infrastructure, or IT project experience.

Collaborate with application, network/server, and security vendors to design optimal customer solutions.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and product/service demonstrations tailored to client needs.

Communicate value propositions directly to clients to support sales efforts.

Negotiate pricing, service terms, and agreements.


Post-Sales (After Contract):

Prepare documentation and contracts to complete sales agreements.

Coordinate implementation projects with internal engineering teams and external partners.

Manage project timelines, ensuring smooth execution of system or network deployments.

Troubleshoot system issues and support customers with engineering team collaboration.

Maintain and grow long-term client and partner relationships.
 

General Duties:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems.

Report daily sales activities to supervisors on a regular basis.

Research new markets and prospects with team members.

顧客との定期的な連絡・訪問を通じて、ニーズや課題を把握


システムインテグレーション、ネットワークインフラ、ITプロジェクトの経験を活かし、戦略的なソリューションを提案


アプリケーションベンダー、ネットワーク/サーバーベンダー、セキュリティベンダーと連携し、最適な提案を構築


顧客の課題に応じた提案書、プレゼン資料、デモンストレーションを作成


顧客に直接プレゼンテーションを行い、製品・サービスの価値を伝達


価格、サービス条件、契約内容の交渉を実施
【契約後(Post-Sales)】


契約に必要な書類の準備・作成


社内エンジニアチームおよび外部パートナーと連携し、導入プロジェクトを調整・管理


プロジェクトスケジュールを管理し、システムまたはネットワークの円滑な導入を推進


システムの不具合や課題に対し、エンジニアと連携しトラブルシューティングを実施


顧客およびパートナー企業との長期的な関係を維持・強化
【その他業務】


CRMシステムを使用し、顧客情報を常に最新に保つ


日々の営業活動について、定期的に上司へ報告


チームメンバーと共に、新たな市場や潜在顧客の調査・リサーチを実施


Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Business Skills:
Experience in system integration or project management.

Ability to understand IT-related solutions and client environments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving mindset to identify client issues and create tailored solutions.

Team-oriented approach to collaboration.

IT Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (routers, servers, cloud, security) or programming languages (C, Java, R, Python).


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a project manager coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams.

Marketing experience, especially in developing strategies for technical services.
