主な業務内容：
現在および新興テクノロジーに関する調査・分析、ビジネス機会や市場ニーズに基づくテーマ選定およびプロトタイプの構築
技術評価に基づいたサービスメニューや提案書の作成
プリセールス活動の支援（ソリューション提案、工数見積、プレゼン資料作成、デモ実施など）
ソリューション開発および導入フェーズにおける技術チームへの指導・監督
顧客ビジネスシステムにおける技術的および非機能要件の定義
システム変更の設計・計画・導入および外部ベンダーとの連携
システムエラーやソフトウェアバグの調査と対応、効果的なワークアラウンドの提案・実行
シニアエンジニアと協力し、複雑な技術課題の解決を推進
システムテストの実施とビジネスシステムの改善提案
プロジェクトスケジュールとサポート計画の管理、ラインマネージャーへの進捗報告
チームメンバーの目標達成を支援し、モチベーションを高めながら品質と納期を両立
課題解決とスキル向上を通じたチーム育成
社内外のリソースを調整し、予算とスコープ内での円滑なプロジェクト遂行を実現
その他、マネジメントから依頼される特別プロジェクトや関連業務の遂行
Key Responsibilities:
- Research current and emerging technologies; identify opportunities, assess feasibility, and establish prototype systems
- Create technology assessments, service menus, and sales proposals based on business and market needs
- Support pre-sales activities: propose solutions, estimate effort, prepare presentations, and deliver demos to clients
- Supervise and guide technical teams throughout solution development and implementation
- Define technical and non-functional requirements for client business systems
- Design, plan, and implement system changes, coordinating with external vendors as needed
- Troubleshoot software bugs and system errors; propose and implement effective workarounds
- Collaborate with senior engineers to solve complex technical problems
- Conduct system tests and recommend improvements to enhance business systems
- Monitor project schedules and support service plans; provide regular status updates to line managers
- Lead and motivate team members to meet project goals while ensuring quality and timeliness
- Guide team development through issue resolution and skill-building
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution within scope and budget
- Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Certified Project Management Consultant (CPMC)
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT consultant delivering full project life cycles and complex IT solutions
Proficiency in both English and Japanese is required
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Work Hours: 40 hours/week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday through Friday)
Work Environment: On-site at our New York City office

応募資格：
コンピュータサイエンス分野の学士号を保有していること
**認定プロジェクトマネジメントコンサルタント（CPMC）**資格を取得していること
Microsoft Dynamics 365の操作に精通していること
E2E（End-to-End）のプロジェクトライフサイクルや複雑なITソリューションを提供するITコンサルタントとしての実務経験が2年以上あること
英語・日本語の両言語における高い運用能力を有していること（必須）
優れたリーダーシップ能力、課題解決力、コミュニケーションスキルを備えていること
