An established IT solutions company is seeking a motivated individual to manage IT-related projects for Japanese financial institutions in the U.S. This role combines responsibilities as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, working closely with both IT and non-IT departments. The ideal candidate will leverage their bilingual skills (Japanese and English) to effectively bridge communication between stakeholders in Japan and the U.S.
Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage progress of IT projects
Gather and analyze business requirements
Coordinate with stakeholders across departments and regions
Facilitate bilingual communication between Japan and U.S. teams
Prepare project documentation, including requirement specifications and reports
Propose business solutions based on analysis

本ポジションは、プロジェクトマネージャー（PM） と ビジネスアナリスト（BA） の役割を兼ね備え、IT部門および非IT部門と密接に連携しながら業務を進めていただきます。

業務内容：
ITプロジェクトの計画立案、スケジュール管理、進捗管理
ビジネス要件の収集および分析
部門・地域を跨いだステークホルダーとの調整業務
日本と米国のチーム間でのバイリンガルコミュニケーション対応
要件定義書や各種レポートなどのプロジェクト関連ドキュメント作成
分析結果に基づくビジネスソリューションの提案
Requirements
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
Minimum 3 years' experience in IT project management or business analysis
Valid U.S. work authorization (Visa or Work Permit)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing IT projects within banking or financial institutions
PMP certification
Experience with cross-border or multicultural projects
Position Details:
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Salary Range: $70,000 – $130,000 per year (DOE)
