Our firm provides end-to-end technology services including consulting, digital transformation, ERP implementation, cloud/network/security solutions, and specialized IT services for the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead system implementation and provide ongoing operational support for a Japanese financial institution in the U.S.
Analyze, design, modify, and maintain application systems to meet user and business requirements.
Collaborate across teams both in the U.S. and Japan to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.
Provide Help Desk support (Tier 1 and Tier 2) to internal users.

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system application implementation and support.
Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred. It is not a must.
Help Desk support experience required.
Intermediate-level SQL proficiency (ability to read and write queries).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
Bilingual: Native-level English and business-level Japanese are required.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $77,000 – $94,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and skill level.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to qualification, work experience, training, education, and skill level. The above hiring range represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
