Overview
We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join the Fixed Income team as an Assistant Vice President. This role focuses on analyzing and recommending investment-grade and high-yield corporate bonds to help outperform market benchmarks. The ideal candidate will conduct fundamental credit analysis, create in-depth reports, and work closely with portfolio managers and global research teams. Strong financial modeling skills and fixed income experience are essential.
Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct fundamental credit analysis with an emphasis on financial modeling to identify profitable corporate bonds.
Create in-depth earnings reports including financial projections, credit valuation, and investment recommendations.
Present detailed company reports to portfolio managers and consult with leadership on investment strategies.
Liaise with industry sources to develop new investment ideas and interpret market trends.
Collaborate with global teams and provide timely research to overseas stakeholders.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

主な職務内容
財務モデリングを中心としたファンダメンタル分析を通じて、有望な社債の選定を行う
財務予測、信用評価、投資判断を含む詳細な収益レポートを作成する
投資候補企業についての分析レポートをポートフォリオマネージャーに提出し、戦略提案について経営層と協議する
業界関係者との連携を通じて新たな投資アイデアを収集・開発し、市場動向を能動的に把握・解釈する
東京をはじめとするグローバルチームと連携し、タイムリーなリサーチを海外拠点に提供する

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
3–5 years of experience in credit analysis, fixed income, and fund investing; both buy-side and sell-side experience welcomed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel; experience with Bloomberg and automated research tools.
Strong skills in company research, asset valuation, and relative value analysis.
Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with a collaborative and flexible approach.
Compensation
The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $160,000.
Offers are determined by a range of factors including skills, experience, education, and certifications. A discretionary bonus may also be awarded based on individual and company performance, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

給与・待遇
本ポジションの想定年収（基本給）は130,000ドル〜160,000ドルの範囲です。
