Project Overview:
The New York branch has been conducting data governance activities in alignment with the CUSO (Credit Union Service Organization) framework. However, a recent audit revealed several key gaps:
Lack of a designated Data Architect as required by the CUSO framework
Missing or outdated documentation for audit response
Insufficient coordination with Data Officers
Need for deeper collaboration with internal teams in Japan who have implemented similar structures
The selected consultant will assess the current state, identify gaps, and develop a realistic and strategic roadmap to strengthen governance and compliance.

将来的なシステム刷新や運用体制を見据えたロードマップの策定
米国・日本の関係チーム（データオフィサー／アーキテクト）との連携

Drive execution planning as an embedded team member within the client organization
Create and update necessary documentation to support audit preparedness
