Overview
A global IT solutions company is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support FX customer onboarding for a major Japanese bank. The role involves coordinating onboarding processes, supporting FX trading and sales desks, and liaising with SaaS vendors and clients.Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in Global Markets, with strong knowledge of FX products (SPOT, SWAP, Forward). This role is based in New York, US. - Coordinate FX onboarding and customer setup in the Global Markets Division
- Support the Trading Desk and Sales Desk within the FX Line of Business by configuring front office systems for FX pricing and other FX business systems
- Liaise between SaaS package vendors and the bank’s customers to organize onboarding projects
- Manage and maintain a client onboarding checklist for key milestones

主な業務内容
グローバルマーケッツ部門におけるFXオンボーディングおよび顧客設定の調整

Requirements
3+ years of experience in the Global Markets domain
Proficiency in FX products, especially SPOT, SWAP, and Forward
Proficiency in both Japanese and English
Network skills are an advantage
Extensive Agile experience, including Kanban methods using JIRA, is an advantage
Experience in a Capital Markets client-facing position is an advantage
Ability to develop and manage client relationships
Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and in team environments

日本語および英語での高い言語運用能力（ビジネスレベル）
ネットワーク関連のスキルがあれば尚可
JIRAを用いたカンバン方式など、アジャイル開発経験が豊富な方は優遇
キャピタルマーケッツ分野における顧客対応経験があれば尚可
顧客との関係構築・維持のスキルを有する方
自発的に行動でき、チームおよび単独で柔軟に業務を遂行できる高いモチベーションを持つ方
