Global IT company seeks an IT Business Analyst in Electronic Trading for Global Markets.
A Global IT Solutions company and a major US company have partnered to deliver cutting-edge IT and business solutions. This role, based in New York, US, offers a Visa/Work Permit for eligible candidates.
The client, a leading Japanese bank, is seeking a Business Analyst to support e-Trading in Global Markets. Responsibilities include system support, incident prioritization, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Global Markets, strong data analysis skills, Agile expertise (JIRA, Confluence), FX product knowledge (SPOT, SWAP, Forward), and fluency in Japanese and English. Familiarity with Q/KDB is a plus.

Provide system support for clients requiring assistance with e-Trading in Global Markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the Global Markets domain.
Strong data analysis skills.
Extensive Agile experience, including Kanban methodologies using JIRA and Confluence.
Proficiency in FX Products, especially SPOT, SWAP, and Forward.
Fluent in both Japanese and English.
Familiarity with Q/KDB is a strong advantage.
Ability to develop and manage client relationships.
Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and in team environments.
