A leading IT solutions company is seeking an experienced SAP ERP Manager to join its Enterprise Solutions Department in the New York Office. The ideal candidate will manage and implement SAP ERP systems, focusing on financial accounting areas for key accounts. This role involves overseeing project execution, analyzing and modifying SAP ERP configurations, and supporting business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and perform SAP ERP and related systems requirement analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operations for key accounts in the financial accounting area.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery that exceeds client expectations.
• Solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, and modifying SAP ERP systems to meet user needs.
• Modify SAP ERP configurations and programs as necessary.
• Create and maintain documentation of program designs and operation manuals, and conduct training sessions as needed.
• Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals.
• Handle project management tasks, including sales, proposals, and business development support.
• Analyze client inquiries and requirements, making necessary changes to SAP ERP configurations for financial accounting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Japanese is helpful but not required.
• Strong analytical skills in requirement definition, development, and implementation of SAP ERP in the financial accounting area.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of user support experience and 7 years of SAP ERP implementation experience.

Preferred Certifications:

• SAP Certified Application Associate for Financial Accounting.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Working Hours:
Core business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Actual working hours may vary depending on business needs.
