Description
An IT solutions company is seeking a Systems Analyst to join its Enterprise Solutions Department in the New York Office. This position is responsible for system implementation and operational support for a Japanese bank operating in the U.S. The ideal candidate will analyze, design, modify, and maintain application systems to meet user needs while contributing to team efforts and maintaining effective communication with related parties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage system implementation and provide operational support for a Japanese bank in the U.S.
- Analyze, create, design, modify, and maintain application systems to address user needs.
- Solve software requirements through effective analysis and system improvements.
- Collaborate with related parties and contribute to team success.
Location: New York, NY
Salary Range: $77,000 – $94,000 (USD)
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Business knowledge and experience in the banking industry, with development skills specific to the sector.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Analytical skills for requirements analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system application implementation within the banking industry.
Other Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working Hours:
Core business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Actual working hours may vary depending on business needs.
