Description
An IT solutions company is seeking a Bilingual SAP ERP Manager to join its Enterprise Solutions Department. The ideal candidate will work closely with a dedicated SAP ERP team to manage system requirements, oversee project execution, and ensure the seamless implementation and maintenance of SAP ERP and other related systems. This role involves collaborating with clients, conducting requirement analyses, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and perform SAP ERP and related systems requirement analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operations for key accounts.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, and modifying SAP ERP systems to address user needs.
- Modify SAP ERP and other system configurations or programs as required.
- Create and maintain documentation of program designs and operation manuals, conducting training sessions as necessary.
- Communicate and negotiate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Analyze client inquiries and requirements to develop appropriate solutions.
Location: Irving, TX
Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 (USD)
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills for requirement definition, development, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAP ERP and other system applications.
- Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
- Intermediate Japanese language skills are required for communication with Japanese clients.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in user support and at least 5 years of implementation experience with SAP ERP.
Preferred Certifications:
- SAP Certified Application Associate with ERP.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
Working Hours:
Core business hours are 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

- プログラム設計や運用マニュアルの文書を作成・維持し、必要に応じてトレーニングを実施する。
- プロジェクト関係者と効果的にコミュニケーションを取り、交渉を行う。
- クライアントからの問い合わせや要件を分析し、適切なソリューションを提供する。
応募資格:
- コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の学士号を取得していること。
- 複雑なプロジェクトを管理するための優れたプロジェクト管理スキル。
- 要件定義、開発、導入、保守、トラブルシューティングに関する高い分析スキルを有すること。
- 英語での優れたコミュニケーションスキル（読み書き・会話）が必須。
- 日本のクライアントとのやり取りが可能な中級レベルの日本語スキルが必要。
経験:
- ユーザーサポートの経験が1年以上、SAP ERPの導入経験が5年以上ある方。
歓迎される資格:
- SAP Certified Application Associate with ERP（SAP認定アプリケーションアソシエイト資格）。
- プロジェクトマネジメントプロフェッショナル（PMP）資格。
勤務時間:
通常の勤務時間は午前9時から午後5時30分まで（1時間の無給休憩を含む）。業務の必要性に応じて、実際の勤務時間が多少異なる場合があります。
