International Trading company seeks sales analyst in Chemical department. Responsible for introducing new business opportunities to customers, while handling purchases, sales, and providing support. Bilingual Japanese is a plus but not required. Work experience in Japanese companies is also a plus.

SUMMARY

Responsible for introducing new business opportunities to customers, while handling purchases, sales, and providing support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with other company units on design, delivery, and service-related matters.
  • Manage business bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling and follow-up.
  • Handle customer inquiries and orders, expediting the delivery of products and/or services.
  • Actively acquire new clients through sales efforts, promotions, and market development.
  • Oversee inventory control and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop sales contacts and conduct sales activities, as needed.
  • Perform varied tasks under supervision, which may require decision-making.
  • Apply creativity and problem-solving skills to address challenges.
  • Possess a solid understanding of fundamental concepts and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Preferred experience: Marketing in Electronics/Chemical Products and/or trading business experience.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

May plan, oversee, and distribute tasks among support staff or junior sales, customer service, and technical staff.


Annual salary: $65K dependent upon experience.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree (business major preferred) and 3-6 years of related experience, or equivalent.
