Overview

Information Technology company with expertise in ERP selection and implementation, cloud/network/security solutions, IT outsourcing, IT services for the financial industry, and new technology research is currently seeking an IT Support Engineer in the Texas office.


Description

Key Responsibilities: 

Ensure that client business processes automated with RPA can be run with stability, including data accuracy and integrity in automation workflows, optimizing automation workflows for performance and efficiency, providing training and support to end-users of automation workflow output 

Support design documentation, development, testing and release, not only in automation workflows but also in SAP modules such as FI, SD, and MM under manager supervision. 

Involvement in SAP implementation and enhancement projects 


The right candidate will possess: 

Good communication skills in order to respond to client inquiries and requirements in a timely manner 

Ability to work with within a team as well as individually 

Ability to think out of the box, taking initiative and accountability for actions 

Eagerness to pursue opportunities to develop new and existing skills outside of comfort zone 


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 
  • Certified Associate Developer in Blue Prism or other RPA tools 
  • Certified Associate for SAP in FI, SD, MM, BW, ABAP 
  • Effective English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
