クライアントのニーズをもとに、スペースアナリシス、事業計画コンサルテーションなどを行い、顧客の意向を汲み取りながらインテリアデザイン、設計、施工管理、工事、IT通信のコーディネイトなどを行う業務です。
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Manager/Client Relations Liaison is a key player in the Company who closely collaborates in the development, maintenance and expansion of the Company's client base.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collect and research information relevant to prospective clients' investment plans or existing clients' new projects
2. Collaborate with team members in the preparation of presentation materials (including, but not limited to, PowerPoint presentations)
3. Conduct presentations to prospective and existing clients and others (including, but not limited to, PowerPoint presentations)
4. In collaboration with and/or pursuant to the instructions of upper management and legal personnel, offer design contracts to clients and follow through to the finalization of said design contracts
5. Deliver construction cost estimates based on the design
6. Negotiate construction costs and finalize the contract
7. Monitor construction works until completion by following-up, troubleshooting and resolving the clients' questions, concerns, issues or complaints
8. Follow-up through client satisfaction after the project completion
9. Revise and update the company website in order to reflect the project website
10. Respond to inquiries from new contacts and propose the company's services to said new business prospects
11. Diligently attend to and maintain client relations via effective communication, including (but not limited to) providing clients with required information
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education: Bachelor's Degree (liberal arts or communications background is a plus)
Experience: Business or marketing-related, particularly in the architectural, design and construction sectors
Other: Personality and Positive Attitude.
Self-starter.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Computer Skills are essential, especially Microsoft Office. PowerPoint is an absolute must. Bilingual in English and Japanese is key.
