IT Company is looking for a Manager for System Implementation and Operational Support.


Description

Responsibilities

• This position will be responsible for System Implementation and Operational Support for a Japanese Bank in the U.S.

• Leading team members to solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, designing, modifying, and maintaining Application Systems to meet user needs.



Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) 

• Business knowledge of banking industry, as well as development skills and experience in the banking industry 

• Project management experience, specifically with banking application systems 

• Non-Japanese vendor management experience 

• Developmental skills and experiences of banking industry 

• Analytical skills with regard to requirements analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with system application implementation for the banking industry

Other

• Effective Japanese and English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working hours

Core business hours are 9 - 5:30 with one hour unpaid lunch in between. Actual working hours may be slightly different, depending business needs.
