IT company is looking for a Java Developer.

Responsibilities:

This position requires a basic software development skills and conversational Japanese language fluency.

Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Collaborate with other developers and engineers to design, build, and maintain softwares.

● Design, build and maintain databases for applications.

● Troubleshoot software issues

● Create design and operational documents for applications


Requirements

● 3-5 years of experience in Java development is required. 
Ideal candidates who have been coding and developing as a Java developer for the last several years or who have such experience 
● Hands-on development experience is important and management experience is not required). 
● Bilingual Requirement: English (Business level), Japanese fluency is not required but nice to have.
● Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
● Basic coding experience in any common programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C# or Python
● Analytical skills
● STEM OPT students can apply for this role.

This position will be expected to come to the Manhattan office 2 or 3 times a week.
