Information Technology company is currently looking for a Project Leader to join their Infrastructure Solutions Department in our New York Office.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
• This position is responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer services, including, but not limited to: by providing direct IT support to customers and leading projects under manager’s supervision; by analyzing and identifying trends in issue reporting and devising preventative solutions while offering suggestions for any noted process improvements and developing the new procedures; by investigating suspected security events or vulnerabilities; by communicating with Audio Visual System integrator to troubleshoot the issue and communicating with external vendors to manage WAN circuit installation; and by traveling to customer location to install router, switch, firewall, and wireless access point.

• Positive attitude towards challenges and dealing with difficult interpersonal situations regarding support issues.
• Have mind and skill to improve IT environment and processes and strong organization skill
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong background in information security with experience in proposal, design, and implementation; WAN, LAN Wireless LAN connectivity, routers, firewall, wireless access point, video conferencing endpoint and Audio Visual system
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills and strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to support clients, report to upper management, as well as to effectively work with the team.
• AWS/Microsoft/CISCO related certifications
These positions are required to work from our NY office at least twice per week.
