Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing projects involving application systems such as SAP, RPA, Workflow, including requirement analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operation for our key accounts
• Practice development initiatives and establish method of development
• Utilize project management skills for complex SAP, RPA, or Workflow systems
• Solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, modifying and maintaining application systems to meet user needs
• Communicate with key users to establish new projects
• Lead and motivate project members
Requirements
The right candidate will possess:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of SAP ERP experience (modules such as FI, SD, MM, BW, ABAP)
• Strong Leadership skills for collaborating with team and project members
• Team player with ability to work well within a team as well as individually, with great communication and problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills
Skills & Qualifications:
• SAP Application consultant (FI, SD, MM, BW, ABAP) certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Scrum Master, ITIL V3 / V4 (Axelos) certifications
• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification
• Certified Blue Prism (or other RPA) Developer or Solution Designer certification
• Proficient English language skills are a must. Strong English communication skills to support clients and report to upper management, as well as to effectively work with the team
• Japanese language skills strongly preferred for client support
