Key Responsibilities: 

 • Provide end-user support by email, phone, or in-person onsite. 

 

 • Perform server administration, such as monitoring. 


 • Perform user account management and necessary administration/troubleshooting activities as a member of the onsite helpdesk team. 


 • Setup and troubleshoot business software and hardware. 


 • Process assigned service requests as operational support. 


 • Participate in regional and global IT projects. 

  

 The right candidate will possess: 

 • Extensive knowledge of various business software (Windows OS, Office365, Adobe Acrobat, WebEx) 


 • Managing and troubleshooting experience with iOS-based devices, Conference Systems, MS Surface, and HP laptops. 


 • Ability to learn quickly and efficiently as a team player, with minimum supervision  


 • Customer focused, detail-oriented, and have good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal technology teams and users. 


 • Ability to work effectively based on management direction as well as to work as a strong team contributor.   


 • Strong organization skills and capacity to deliver high quality of work.  


 • Ability to multitask based on priority. 


Requirements

 • Minimum of three years of user support experience. 


 • Windows-based LAN/WAN/Remote Access support experience

 

 • Great team player, fast learner, and self-starter.  


 • ITFL Foundation, Microsoft, or other IT vendor certifications. 


 • Proficient English and Japanese communication skills are a must. Spanish language skills are a plus.
