Sales Assistant (Logistics, Accounting, Office management) /Japanese Bilingual

コスメティクス企業でセールスアシスタントを募集中です。Temporary Position 週3回の勤務、1日5時間(時間は相談の上決定)の勤務となります。ロジスティクスと会計の経験がある方のご応募お待ちしております!


Support day to day operation by supporting logistics, accounting and office management.


Accounting / Finance
・Process AR invoices for Amazon bi-weekly by inputting data into SAP after downloading applicable data from Amazon Seller Central.

・Issue credit notes as necessary for returns etc. by inputting data into SAP and creating credit note as necessary.

・Manage inventory at warehouse and Amazon Fulfillment Center (“AFC”) for all brands at appropriate level while analyzing discrepancies between forecasts and actual sales. Process restocks to AFC through SAP and seller central. Process restocks to AFC through SAP and seller central. Enter information for shipment from Japan to SAP to keep inventory data in SAP accurate. Create new product information as necessary in SAP.

・Project future sales and forecast 6-8 months stock, then submit forecast quantities and purchase orders to the head office in Japan (Products, Testers and POSMs) in timely manner.

・Manage stock data in SAP and warehouse’s system by making entries to SAP

・Process orders from wholesale customers through SAP and solve any issues accordingly to make sure the on-time delivery

・Make sure e-commerce operation is running smoothly

・Manage returns for wholesale and e-commerce by tracking return requests and making entires to warehouse’s system and SAP.


・Manage and communicate with 3rd party vendors for office administration as necessary.

・Communicate with headquarters as necessary and provide requested information (Holiday, headcount etc.)


1. Fluent in both English & Japanese (Read/Write/Speak)

2. Proficient in MS office software (Excel(functions such as Vlookup and Pivotable), Powerpoint, Word)

3. Understanding of basic accounting

4. Strong organization skill

5. Detail-oriented (accurate data entry skill)

6. Strong communication skill

7. Experience with SAP, Amazon Seller Account, and Shopify is plus
