Description

•Organize workflow and ensure that team member understand their duties or delegated tasks
•Completes operations by developing schedules; assigning work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures
•Provide oversight of team member’s daily tasks and act as the management escalation point
•Contract Management: B-end (Japan contract) renewals, A-end (US contract) small business opportunity, (e.g. manufacture warranty renewal, new service request of small items)
•Create quotation, submit Purchase Order and issue invoice using NAVISION
•Contact customers to answer questions or to resolve issues or gauge their level of satisfaction with our service
•Communicate with sales staff, and provide the support as they need
•Follow up on AR payment every month
•Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers
•Prepare sales report and material for sales team meeting
•Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
•Manage internal request to sales team, escalate them to sales staff and other department
•Communicate with sales staff, and provide the support as they need
•Organize events, conferences, and other meetings
•Designing marketing collaterals such as email templates, brochures and websites
•Researching industry trends to come up with languages for promoting our product and services
•Collaborating with marketing companies to artfully build creative solutions to address specific project objectives
•Provide assistance and support for team members as needed
•Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed


Requirements

•3 to 5 years of working experience as sales assistant or supervisor
•Must have good PC skills, including but not limited to e-mail, word, excel, power point and ERP system
•Excellent customer service skills
•Strong communication skills in Japanese & English, both orally and written
•Excellent interpersonal skill
•Ability to effectively organize multiple team initiative
•Strong time management skill
•Strong understanding of business goals and standard for customer service
•The capacity to create and distribute engaging, informative resources
