Overview

International manufacturing company is looking for a Traffic Coordinator.


Description

The company handles high-performance fiber, textile, and fabric materials.

Mostly import and some export coordination.  


45%: Monitor shipments’ custom clearance and delivery status. Advise status to Sales sector and to customer.  


20%:  Issue Invoice, send to customer, factor to L/C nego. 


20%: Give support to Sales & Accounting sections (give advice on shipping method / quotes, duty rates, shipment status and provide supporting documentation as needed.) 


5%: Receive cost sheet / documents from Sales section or look for them.  


5%: Send documents & instructions to Customs broker / trucker for customs clearance. 


5%: Create and maintain traffic file. 


Import and export coordination experience in trading company or freight forwarder is a plus but not required. 


Requirements

・Japanese language is not required.
