Candidate will be comfortable working with existing templates but equally comfortable actively participating to bring new ideas to life. Will require frequent coordination with marketing team members to create digital marketing materials.

Essential Functions:

• Teamwork Oriented – Will join a small, team-focused group

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management

• Becomes familiar with all levels of product information, understanding features and benefits of our products, and learns how to best market them

• Assists in producing content for social, newsletters, digital ad platforms, etc. Primarily video and display ads in a variety of formats and aspect ratios.

• Ability to identify trends and works with team to modify existing content and build out new templates depending on target demographics.

• Comfortable testing and experimenting with new content

• Becomes familiar with e-commerce and social media platforms to regularly update and post content.

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities


Requirements

Must have experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere. Experience with typography a plus. Focus will primarily include video and display ads in a variety of formats and aspect ratios.

The ideal candidate is eager to become an integral member of the marketing team. Someone with a demonstrated ability to juggle priorities, deadlines, and responsibilities—both short- and long-term. Demonstrated ability to assess and develop marketing strategies, and understand how disparate elements, big and small, bring strategies together. Ability to actively participate, share ideas, and bring them to life.

This position is critical for the smooth operation of the marketing team and its goals, as well as the long-term growth of the company’s ecommerce business.

Qualifications: Education/Experience

• A bachelor's degree or its equivalent

• A minimum of 0-2 years of related experience

Other Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software, and online applications

• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment

• Ability to work well with all levels of management, build partnerships with our various teams

• Ability to anticipate and solve problems, make quick decisions, and overcome hardships

Work Hours:

• Full-time position. Weekdays, 9-6pm.

• Must exhibit flexibility with schedule and tasks, dependent upon business needs.
