Overview

大手化粧品会社のニューヨーク支店でDeputy GM を急募。Digital Marketing experience is a plus. Oversee day to day activities of US branch. Lead and manage team members to grow business in the North America for major cosmetic brands. Delegate projects and tasks while maintaining healthy work environment.


Description

Oversee day to day activities of US branch. Lead and manage team members to grow business in the North America for Major Cosmetic brands. 

 

Delegate projects and tasks while maintaining healthy work environment.

 


Accounting / Finance

·       Plan budget for all brands

·       Track PL and target to achieve the set budget goal

·       Authorize daily operation expenses

·       Process AR invoices for Amazon bi-weekly

·       Issue credit notes as necessary for returns etc.



Logistics

·       Manage inventory at warehouse and Amazon Fulfillment Center for all brands at appropriate level         while analyzing discrepancies between forecasts and actual sales

·      Project future sales and forecast 6-8 months stock, then submit forecast quantities and purchase orders to the head office in Japan (Products, Testers and Point of sales materials) in timely manner.

·       Manage stock data in SAP and warehouse’s system

·       Process orders from wholesale customers and solve any issues accordingly to make sure the on-time delivery

·       Make sure e-commerce operation is running smoothly

·       Manage returns for wholesale and e-commerce

 

 

Sales/Marketing

·       Set overall strategy for each brand while closely communicating with headquarters in Japan

·       Plan sales goals and track / review data

·       Oversee planning and execution of sales/marketing activities for all brands

·       Manage e-commerce website and update as necessary

 

 

HR/ Administrative

·       Responsible for hiring and employee relationships, including annual performance review, with the assistance of HR consultants

·       Make sure to follow required HR guidelines with the assistance of HR consultants

·       Manage and communicate with 3rd party vendors for office administration as necessary

·       Communicate with headquarters as necessary and provide necessary information

·       Develop policies and procedures as necessary

 



Requirements

Requirements:

1.     Fluent in both English & Japanese (Read/Write/Speak)

2.     Proficient in MS office software

3.     Understanding of basic corporate finance

4.     Understanding of basic accounting 

5.     Understanding of basic marketing

6.     Strong communication skill

7.     Experience with SAP, Amazon Seller Account, Google Analytics, Google Advertising, Facebook Advertising, and Shopify is plus
