Manage department, handle staffing, payroll, compensation, benefits, conduct performance evaluations, maintain excellent employee relations, ensure legal compliance in HR, building management, manage IT issues etc…
• Bachelor's Degree • Ideal candidate has 5-10 years experience in HR with significant generalist experiences, covering benefits, performance management, payroll, employee relations, compensation, FMLA, etc. • Supervisory/ managerial experience • Bilingual in English and Japanese (Conversational level. Reading/Writing skills in Japanese is not required but a big plus) • Previous experience working in Japanese-owned firm is a plus.
