ACCOUNTING & FINANCE
- Maintaining GL databases, ensuring that records are complete and current. - Recording information, processing, and filing forms. - Preparing budgets and financial reports. - Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger. - Updating ledgers, researching and resolving discrepancies. - Responding appropriately to vendors, client, and internal requests. - Assist with other accounting projects in the office. - Ensuring Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently. - Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
- 5 years of related experience is preferred. - Experience in MS Dynamics Solomon is a plus, but not required.
