Overview

Responsible for settlement of domestic security transactions: DTCC. Confirm/Affirm Institutional Deliveries (IDs) receive and deliver, through the Depository Trust System (DTCC) for all customers.


Description

- Process and settles DTCC trades and updates customer accounts.
- Confirm trades with applicable depository and brokers.
- Enter transactions to DTCC.
- Perform position reconcilement.
- Affirm / Confirm customer trades via DTCC ID.
- Research and resolves fail trades.
- Communicate with internal customer facing departments and custodians.
- Update and maintain customer reporting.
- Research and resolve inquiries from parent company.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Provide high quality work by ensuring accuracy and seeking to continuously improve our processes and platforms by embracing new and better ways of doing things.
- Fed settlements training including Citibank, FICC, BDC will happen at a future time once DTC training is complete.
