Client reporting: the company provides transparent reporting to its clients on a monthly, quarterly and annually basis on a Japanese and English language environment. The analyst would help and assist with the production of client reports on hedge fund investment for which he/she is responsible. The analyst should expect to provide translations. Author internal reports on relevant investments in hedge funds (or separately managed accounts). Sourcing fund investment opportunities and ongoing monitoring of such investments. Due diligence - Each investment in hedge funds, follows a thorough due diligence process. The Analyst is expected to assist with and at times manage the due diligence process and the preparation of research reports for various internal committees. Assist in the specification, evaluation, selection, and ongoing improvement of the investment research analysis. Prepare and at time deliver ad hoc research area work and client projects with or without supervision. Participate in and contribute to the success of marketing activities. Potentially participate in the preparation and delivery of RFP responses and new business presentations. From time to time, the Analyst requires some travel within the Americas and occasionally in Asia and Europe. Bilingual in Japanese and English is a must. Experiences in hedge fund investments are strongly preferred. Will consider sponsoring visa. |
