IL. Seeking a motivated individual to coordinate inside sales activities in Chicago field office. The successful candidate will work with sales staff in support of their international customer base. Desired candidate will have a demonstrated record of providing the highest level of customer service and support. Must be able to excel in a fast paced environment and possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiating skills. Strong computer skills with specific emphasis on MS Office software is required, as is the ability to interface with all levels, both internally and externally, to solve customer issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills are imperative, and candidate must be fluent in both English and Japanese as a requirement of the position. |
