Description

• Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives, purchase order administrators, and quality control staff.
• Manage the procurement process, handling purchase orders and inquiries from the company's clients/customers.
• Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and Drawing PO for US suppliers, as well as issue invoices to customers in Japan.
• Solicit quotations from US manufacturers/suppliers and secure Export Licenses (E/L) if required.
• Collaborate with US manufacturers and vendors, negotiating prices and purchase terms.
• Facilitate negotiations for agencies and distribution agreements with US manufacturers.
• Conduct Tri-State and occasional nationwide travel to meet with US vendors as needed.
• Maintain regular and extensive communication with the Company's director and clients/customers in Japan.
• Coordinate with the Company's director and/or customers during their visits to the US for business purposes.
• Handle the issuance of shipping invoices and ensure efficient communication throughout the procurement process.

Requirements

Ability to communicate in Japanese. 
Sales experience.
